Ronnie Horton was born to Brenda Clark in Kansas City, Missouri on April 3, 1969. He died on March 2, 2021 at the age of 51. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank James Clark, Jr.
Ronnie was united in marriage to Macy Horton on September 26, 2008. His family knew him as a loving and protective husband, father, son and brother. He was an avid sports fan. He was a fanatic about the hometown teams (Kansas City Chiefs & Royals). Just like Kansas City is world renowned for bar-b-que, Ronnie was known by all as a master on the grill.
Ronnie served as a leader and mentor in his professional and personal life. He spent the bulk of his career at General Mills. He started as a steward in BCTGM Union Local 218 and later rose to become the Vice President and eventually the President.
Ronnie is survived by his wife, Macy Horton; mother, Brenda Clark; grandmother, Kaye Horton; daughters, Ryane Horton and Kristyn Tillman; siblings Anthony Robins (Nina), Mark Taylor (Jada), Deana Robins, Treniece Richard, Aysha Sudduth (Cervente), ShaNia Porter (Terrence), Frank Clark III; granddaughter, Myhjaa Tillman and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins .
