Ronald Alvarado

Ronald Alvarado, 72, passed away on August 29, 2019 at 5710 Highland in Kansas City, Missouri. He was born on July 22, 1947 in Emporia, Kansas to Joseph T. Alvarado and Ella Mae Alex. He grew up in Emporia, Kansas.  He graduated from Manuel High School in Kansas City, Missouri. 

After high school he attended Vocational MDAT in Kansas City, Missouri where he received a certificate in mechanic fabrication.

Ronald joined the Air Force in 1966 where he served for 1 year. During his time of service, he achieved the rank of Private First Class. He began working for CTB steel Co. as a Machine Fabricator where he worked for 25 years.

He was involved in Hunting 4 Fishing Artist.

Ronald married Donna Alvarado on December 8, 1970 in Kansas City, Missouri. They were happily married for 48 years.

He was preceded into death by his father, Joseph Alvarado; mother, Ella Mae Alex; granddaughter, Denisa Gravel; and great grandson, Jodale Roe.

Ronald is survived by his wife, Donna Alvarado; children, Rhonda Gravel (David), Marcel Alvarado (Deshun), Rochelle holmes (Keith); siblings Dierdre Alex-Andrew, Steven Alex, Cynthia Green, Amber Alvarado, Anthony Starks (April), Michael Alex, April Alex, Marsha Lynn Davenport (John), twelve grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and god child, Kenney Smith.
