Regina Jackson Obituary

Regina Marie Police Jackson was born on April 17, 1973, to Emma Jean and Reverend Rex Police in San Diego, California.  Her father, Rev. Rex Police; mother, Emma Jean Police; sister, Lavonya Brown; and brothers, Terrance Brown, and Adam Brown, all preceded her in death. 

Regina confessed her love for Christ at an early age along with growing up in the church at The Greater Antioch Church of God in Christ for many years in San Diego, California.  Regina served in her church and was on the Usher Board. She was also a part of the Sunshine Band and sung in the Youth and Adult Choir. 


Regina received her education in San Diego, California attending Silver Gate Elementary, Correia Middle, Mission Bay and Lincoln High School and later from Pint Loma High School.  Regina graduated from Kelsey Jenny College with an Associate degree in Business Accounting.  She later started working on her Bachelor Degree through Ashford University and had to put that on hold.

Regina united in holy matrimony with Allon Jackson Sr. on February 10, 1996.  To this union four children were was blessed with unconditional love: JaQuar Deron Police, Jiree QuiSean Police, Allon JaMire Jackson, and Lanasia Marie Jackson.  With Regina’s love for children and creativity she opened up and successfully ran her daycare for 15 years before relocating with her husband of 25 years and children to Independence, Missouri in 2010. 

Regina worked for The Austen Dooley Company where she started out as Direct Support Professional and later worked as an Evening Supervisor and Team Lead.  Regina enjoyed caring for others and helping putting a smile on their faces.  Her love and attention to detail with crafts and cooking was one of her favorite past times.  She loved to explore her creativity with decorating and planning social activities.  One of her most proud moments was helping her daughter, Lanasia welcome the youngest granddaughter, Xalia Jayuana Marie Bobbitt, on July 19, 2021.  Regina was so proud to be “Noni” and cherished every minute with her. 

Regina leaves to cherish her memory, father of her children, Allon Jackson, Sr.; her children, JaQuar Police, Jiree  Police, Allon Jackson, Jr. (Monique Avila), and Lanasia Jackson (Xzavier Bobbitt); siblings, Shawnelle Johnson, Timothy Brown, Marvin Brown (Shaunte Brown), Patricia Carter (Roderick Carter), Camilla Police, and Steven Police;  lifetime partner and boyfriend, Tommy TJ White; special sister, Tasha Mills-Harvey (LeAnthony Harvey); Noni’s love, Xalia Bobbit; lifetime sisters, Nia Taylor, Shantel Gooley, Roja Morris, Kesha Gooley, Danielle Hibbs, Sandy Civil, Alawnna Duncan; ADC family; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
