Judith “Judy” Rochelle Morris was born August 12, 1965 to William Franklin, Sr. and Nadine Gordon. She gave her life to Christ at an early age, when she joined Bethel Baptist Church.
Judy was a dedicated and hard worker. Earlier in life she worked at Saint Luke’s and then Ford Motor Company for over 22 years where she remained employed. Anyone who knew Judy knows she was the life of the party and often hosted her own. She was both shy and outspoken at the same time. She was also an amazing cook and absolutely loved the Denver Broncos. Having a big heart was definitely an understatement for her. Judy was preceded in death by: her father, William Franklin Sr.; her brother, William Franklin Jr.; her grandson, Deron Morris; her dear friend, Virgil Dixon; and her nephews, Gerald Franklin, Ryan Morrow and Darrell Fennell Jr.
On Tuesday, February 4, 2020 God called Judy home. She is survived by: her sons, Juron Morris and Kevin Roberts; her parents, Nadine and Gerald Gordon; grandchildren, Zaire Morris, Juron Morris, Keyron Morris, Kevron Morris and Nyllah Roberts; sisters, Ally Gordon, Lily Franklin, Cynthia Franklin (Barry Franklin), Dorothy Franklin, Pat Stoufer (Jim Stoufer), Joyce McNeal and Tracy Gordon; brother/nephew, Harold Franklin; and a host of nieces and nephews that loved her dearly. She also had two best friends, Vanessa Jones and Kim Bonds-Fur.
