James Lee McCanse, 42 passed away on September 27, 202,1 at his home in Kansas City, Missouri. He was born January 2, 1979, in Kansas City MO. He was adopted by Vera McCanse when he was 3 years old. He graduated from Metro Tech High School in 1998. James worked at B B's Lawnside Barbecue for 5 years. He also worked for the city doing parking portal.
James was a smart, funny, creative and full of life. He was a great father and friend. He loved spending time with his daughters. He was always there when someone needed him. He loved to rap and write music. When he did his music, he put his all into it. He loved to pull pranks on people. James had a good spirit. He always made the best out of every situation, and he loved to make everyone laugh. He was a great man.
He was preceded in death by his mother: Vera Mccanse.
He is survived by his three daughters: Ta'Leyah Baker, NaKeyla Oglesvie-Mccanse and A'Maia Oglesvie - Mccanse and a host of family and friends.
