(Infant) Ireland Arya Carrick

Ireland was a beautiful baby girl who gained her wings to go and meet our Father in Heaven at the short age of 7 weeks on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at Children’s Mercy Hospital of Kansas City, Missouri.

Angela Nightengale and Dorrion Northern welcomed their beautiful bundle of joy into the world on February 20, 2024, in Kansas City, Missouri. Even though Ireland was only here for a short period of time, she was a blessing to have, and she softened the hearts of everyone privileged to be around her. Her family and friends mourn her departure and are full of deep gratitude for the time she was able to spend with us.

Ireland loved her parents and enjoyed spending quality time with them both. She loved to be kissed and cuddled closely. She had begun to react to the soothing sounds of theirs and all her loved one’s voices around her. She enjoyed her rattler and laying on her playmat watching the toys that hung above her. She was an honor to have and will forever remain in our hearts. Ireland will be truly missed by her parents, family and friends.

Along with her parents, Ireland is survived by her maternal grandmother Rhaven Norris, grandfather Devin Nightengale, great grandparents Michelle (Mark) Hartman; paternal grandmother Patrice Northern, grandfather Terrance Northern; and a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
