Helen R. Caldwell, 62, passed away on March 28, 2021 at Truman Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. She was born on September 17, 1958 in Kansas City, Missouri to Titus Eugene Hatcher and LaVonne Cecelia Street.
She grew up in Kansas City, Missouri. She graduated from Central High School in Kansas City, Missouri. After high school, she attended CMSU and Independence School of Cosmetology in Warrensburg, Missouri, where she received a Cosmetology License in 1981. She began working for Excel Linen Supply as an Assistant Manager where she worked for 39 years. She married David A. Caldwell on April 26, 2013. They were happily married for 8 years.
She was preceded in death by her mother, LaVonne Cecelia; and sister, Maria Carter.
She is survived by: her father, Titus Hatcher, Sr.; spouse, David Caldwell; children, India Brown (Rakim), Joshua Caldwell, Cecelia Cobbs, and Stephanie Barnes; grandchildren, Aspen, Asher, Armen Brown, Luca Cobbs, Delilah and Samuel Barnes.
