Ernestine Agnew

Ernestine Agnew, 76, passed away on January 05, 2021 at St. Joseph Hospital in Kansas City Missouri August 25, 1944 in Caruthersville, Mo. to John Agnew and Lilly D. Agnew. She grew up in Caruthersville, Mo. She graduated from Washington High School in Caruthersville, Mo.

Ernestine received Christ as her personal Savior at an early age.

Ernestine loves her family she enjoyed traveling to family reunions, going to the casino’s, shopping, and spending time with her grandchildren. After high school she moved to Kansas City Missouri in 1966 and that's where she raised her 3 daughters Yolanda, Sonya & Sharice.

She began work for Barton Nelson Printing Co. as a management/supervisor where she worked for five years. She also worked at Eddie at the prom’s Lincoln Garden.

She was proceeded into death by Parents Father, John Agnew Sr. & Mother Lillie D. Agnew, Children: Sonya Agnew Durran, and Sharice Agnew, siblings three brothers, two sisters.

She is survived by one daughter: Yolanda Chase (Derek); seven grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
