Deron “Babyson” Willingham, 40, was born March 3, 1982 in Kansas City, KS to Jacqueline Willingham and Theo Skipper.
Deron was baptized at an early age at Union Hill Missionary Baptist Church. At birth he was diagnosed with a disability were each day he was full of joy and happiness. Deron didn’t let his disability get in the way, he loved to be outside and on the go. Deron loved to eat, go riding and spend time with family. He loved to smile and look at women and was a positive soul. The thing he loved the most was listening to music and dancing. Deron stated getting sick in 2020 and from that he was bed ridden. His health stated to decline, and God called him home. He will be sadly missed by his loving mother, father, and family.
Left to cherish Deron is his mother; Jacqueline Willingham, father; Theo Skipper, brother; Theo Skipper III, sisters; Consuelo Skipper and Shamella Skipper a nephew and two nieces, a special cousin; Jerome Willingham, who helped take care of Deron, two cousins; Keisha Willingham and Dinesha Green, who kept a smile on Deron’s face by always playing and listening to music with him, Deron Aunties will not be the same without him; Maxine Gunnels, Shirley Willingham, Edna Willingham, Willa Willingham, who loved him dearly and Rhonda Willingham.
Deron’s special memories were with his late cousin, Kenneth Willingham Sr., who spent a lot of time with him, unfortunately Kenneth passed away, but he will always be in our heart. Deron will be missed by is beautiful great-aunts and loving great-uncle, they will often think of him. Jackie Boykin, Ruthie Boykin, Emma Ruth Tyler, Rebecca Boykin and Bill Boykin as well as many cousins and a host of loving family and friends, who will miss Deron.
