Delores Ann Gray

Delores Ann Gray departed this life on September 11, 2023, at Timberlake Nursing Home in Kansas City, Missouri.  She was born on December 24, 1957, in Kansas City, Missouri to Billy Gray and Evelyn Brown-Gray.

She graduated from Southeast High School. Delores was a mother of six children; four girls, and two boys, and she had thirteen grandchildren whom she loved dearly.  She was a good mother, as parenting doesn’t come with a handbook.

Delores loved her family, two-stepping and fried chicken.  She was a very sweet and kind-hearted person. Everyone showed her love, even up until her last days.  She was loved and will truly be missed.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Billy Gray and Evelyn Brown-Gray; five sisters, Bae Ruth, Earlene Gray, Linda Gray, Barbara Gray, Sherrylyn Gray; and two brothers, Earl Gray, and Larry D. Gray.

She leaves to Cherish her brother, Donnell L. Gray (Aunt Charlotte); bonus sister, June Washington; six children, Jason Gray, Jasha Gray, Tierra Gray, Ciara Gray, Jasmine Gray, and Jermaine Gray (Tonia Gray), thirteen grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
