Christine Marie Washington, 62, passed away on 4/23/24 at Saint Luke's West Hospice, in Kansas City Missouri. She was born on 3/2/62 in Kansas City, Missouri to Herbert Strickland and Lois McCleod (maiden name). Christine grew up in Kansas City, Missouri and graduated from Westport High School in Kansas City, Missouri. After high school, she graduated with an Associate degree in business administration at Penn Valley College in Kansas City, MO.

Christine later attended the University of Missouri, Kansas City. She worked for various businesses in Kansas City, Missouri as an Executive Secretary. Christine married Anthony Washington 1985 in Kansas City, they were together for 9 years.

Christine was preceded into death by the following people: Herbert Strickland, Lois McCleod, Loretta Hinton, Diane Hinton.

Christine is survived by: Willis Hinton (Mary Hinton), Evelyn Alexander, Tanya Standback, Kenneth Hinton (Iris Hinton), Sharon Griffin (Kelvin Griffin), Teresa McKenzie, and Ramona Roston (Girard Roston), Sheila Brace (Willie James Brace), Michael Strickland (Jamel Strickland), and a host of relatives and friends.
