Cecil Barnett Roberson was gifted to Rev. Joe Roberson and Ruth Roberson on November 13, 1976. He shared his beginnings with Cedric Barned Roberson as an identical twin and was forever connected until Cedric's departure. He attended and graduated from Southeast High School in the class of 1994.

He pursued a bachelor’s degree at Missouri Western University and played offensive and defensive lineman on their football team. He held several positions at OnCore collection agency, and US Bank until he was no longer physically able.

He married China Stephenson on August 4, 1994. From their union, they had 4 children: Cer'Don Roberson, Czhaire Roberson, Christopher Roberson, and Chamoree Roberson. Cecil was loving, always lending a helping hand when he could. If he could not help, he would find someone who could. Cecil was very passionate about his children. He had a passion for traveling, attending sports events, and hanging out with friends and family. Cecil loved his church and would tell anyone about God's blessings. He touched many lives with his laugh and spirit of life.
