Beverley Sue Wilson “Sue” died unexpectedly at St. Luke’s Hospital, on May 27, 2022, in Kansas City, MO, at the age of 67.

Beverley “Sue” was born March 3, 1955, at KU Hospital Center, Kansas City, KS, to Robert P. Wilson and Doris Callahan Wilson. She was the second of four children. “Sue” attended Southeast High School. She worked in the corporate sector until she developed health problems.

Beverley is survived by son, Gerald E. Wilson (Nico), daughter, Tyrea D. Williams; sisters, Veda A. Harris, Raytown, MO; Doris J. Jones, Dallas, TX; adopted by love “Cynthia Cummings, Lee’s Summit , MO; brother, Michael A. Wilson, Kansas City, MO. She has five grandchildren. She was blessed to have a “mother adopted by love” in Hester Abrams and two “grandchildren adopted by love” with the union of her son Gerald and Nico Montagne. She will be lovingly missed by her nieces; Ebony Harris and Jazmyne Jones, nephews; Michael Wilson and Dwayne Jones II, she was preceded in death by her parents, and one grandchild. Beverley has a love for music, she loved rhythm and blues, reggae, jazz, and rap gospel.
