Charlene Osborne-Sutton Obituary

Charlene Osborne was born, March 19,1965 to her parents Isiah and Cloteal Osborne. The 7th child of 11 children and a Twin to Charles. As her mother recalls, “I really wanted another girl, & had no idea I was having twins, so Charlene was an exciting surprise!”. From the very beginning, Char as her family and friends called her, was loving and exuberant however, a laid-back kind of person. She came into this world to make a difference, and that she did. As a child Char was always looking for something to get into along with her twin Charles & other siblings of course; she loved to sing, play double-dutch, and spend lots of time with her family. Char cared for her siblings and was a great big sister! Whenever you saw her, she always had one of her siblings tagging along, but she would not have had it any other way.

Char, attended the Jackson Public School District in the early 70’s into the early 80’s. Char was proud to represent “Provine High School!” Non-other-than; (Ram City) until January of 1983; in this same year; she had a Beautiful baby boy, Reschard Antwine Lefredrick Osborne. As a mother Char beamed with pride. She did everything for her son and in time she added to her family as Reschard welcomed two brothers, Christopher Charles and Timothy Isiah Johnson.

Char accepted Christ at an early age, she made her calling an election sure. She along with her family attended The Greater Bethlehem Temple Apostolic Faith Church in Jackson, MS where Char was an active member in the church. With time Char moved around to different towns and States, she continued to attend and visit different Churches & practiced the love of God in action, never forgetting the teachings of our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ.

Char continued to live and work in the Jacksonian area until the late 90’s when she moved back to one of her childhood areas in Kenosha, Wisconsin. She worked tirelessly as a single mom, sometimes working two jobs or more but, did not complain as she endured for her boys. During this time Char resumed her educational goals attending Gateway Community College & becoming a licensed CNA. She worked for various nursing homes & continued her education through Continuing Education Classes, forums and seminars…As a result; Char exceled in the nursing field with a growing reputation for being a great caregiver; nurturing and consistent.

Char loved her family and often bragged of what a blessing it was to be apart of a gigantic family. She opened her home to many loved ones always unselfishly taking care of the needs of others often times more than herself.

Somewhere along the way Char met the love of her life, Mr. Victor Sutton whom she wed in holy matrimony May 27, 2005. To this union no children were born, still Victor loved Char’s boys as his own and provided a stable loving home as their Father and the love they share as Father & Sons flourishes until this day! Vic being a Truck Driver showed Char the world. Spoiling Char to no end, as she deserved; truly taking care of his love; until Chars transition. Even now the love Char and Vic shared defies the windows…~of Life~
