Amanda Ford Obituary

Amanda Lynne Ford, 35, passed away on July 29, 2019 peacefully in her home, in Lee's Summit, MO.

She was born on May 12, 1984 to Richard Cunningtubby and Miroslava Howard in Hobbs, NM. Amanda was introduced to Christ at an early age and was a member of Full Gospel Assembly of Faith Church. She graduated from Hobbs High School with High Honors. After high school she eventually relocated to

Kansas, where she attended Johnson County Community College in Overland park.

Amanda started out her career working for a physician's office as a Medical Transcriptionist back in

Hobbs, and stayed in that line of work as she was very fluent in medical terminology. She spent most of her work life in call center environments assisting patients, while at the same time befriending the

hearts of those surrounding her. She worked mostly at Caremark Rx for 5 years, and lastly at Rx

Solutions where she eventually had to stop working due to being diagnosed with Lupus.

Amanda was very imaginative, as her creativity level was like no other. Her decorating and crafting ideas always changed things from bland to brilliant. She enjoyed cooking as well, making plenty of heavenly meals over the years. She also enjoyed making cakes and desserts for numerous celebrations and

events.

Amanda was married to Monterio Ford on June 13, 2009 at Unity Village in Lee's Summit after being

together for 6 years. They were happily married for 1O years. She was a devoted wife and wonderful

mother to their 2 children.

She is survived by her mother, Miroslava Howard; her spouse, Monterio Ford; her children, Micah Ford, Malina Ford; her siblings, Nina Cunningtubby, Richard Cunningtubby Jr; mother-in-law, Lavorsia (Lulu) Ford; Maria Howard(Aunt), Armando Howard(Uncle); hometown best friends, Mary Murphy (pena),

Angelica Duran (Pena), a host of other Aunts and Uncles that loved her dearly, and many close family and friends.
